Use the room respectfully

Do not abuse, threaten, harass, exploit, deceive, dox, defame, intimidate, stalk, shame, target, or harm another user. Do not use anything you read in a room to identify, contact, expose, shame, track, pressure, manipulate, exploit, or harm another person.

Do not post

• • Threats, violence, intimidation, stalking, harassment, bullying, hate speech, slurs, or degrading attacks.
• • Any access, involvement, solicitation, or content involving minors; sexual harassment; explicit sexual content; sexual solicitation; or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• • Scams, fraud, fake listings, deceptive offers, phishing, malware, credential requests, or suspicious payment requests.
• • Private information such as addresses, phone numbers, emails, IDs, passwords, financial data, health information, or sensitive documents.
• • Unsafe links, link shorteners, unauthorized room invite links, links in restricted room types, personal contact handles, or attempts to bypass platform link controls.
• • Illegal goods, controlled substances, weapons activity, stolen goods, counterfeit goods, hacking, scraping, bots, or platform abuse.
• • Attempts to identify, expose, shame, contact, track, pressure, manipulate, exploit, or harm another person using anything seen in a room.

Agreement does not make prohibited conduct acceptable

These rules apply even when participants appear to agree with one another. Faceless Talk may not be able to read an unreported encrypted discussion, but encryption does not authorize threats, exploitation, fraud, illegal transactions, child-safety violations, or other prohibited conduct.

Do not rely on room content

All room content and external links are user-generated and unverified. Do not treat messages, cards, listings, offers, events, photos, links, or claims as confirmed, safe, legal, private, accurate, or trustworthy. Any reliance on room content is strictly at your own risk.

You are responsible

You are responsible for your own posts, uploads, offers, actions, meetings, transactions, and conduct. Hidden Orbit LLC is not responsible for what users write, upload, claim, offer, arrange, rely on, or do on or off the platform.

Report abuse

If you see abuse, report it. Reporting intentionally shares a readable copy of the selected message for review; blocking alone does not share its content. We may also use limited non-content signals, such as multiple independent blocks or unusual activity rates, to restrict abuse without decrypting ordinary messages. We may hide reported content, block user access, restrict rooms, preserve necessary records, disclose information to legal authorities, or take other necessary action for safety, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or platform protection.

Leave if something feels wrong

If a room feels unsafe, suspicious, illegal, abusive, or inappropriate, leave the room immediately and do not share personal or sensitive information.
