Status: Official Terms

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Hidden Orbit LLC. By accessing or using Faceless Talk, entering a room, sending a message, uploading content, clicking an agreement checkbox, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Rules. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

Faceless Talk is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering this agreement. Persons under 18 are prohibited from accessing or using the platform, creating or joining rooms, or submitting content. By using Faceless Talk, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. What Faceless Talk is

Faceless Talk is a temporary, user-driven, room-based communication tool. It is not a marketplace, broker, escrow service, verification service, legal service, financial service, medical service, emergency service, investigation service, or safety service.

3. User responsibility and no verification

You are solely responsible for what you post, upload, say, offer, arrange, request, rely on, or do through or because of Faceless Talk. Messages, cards, images, links, room offers, event details, listings, claims, identity representations, and advice are created by third-party users.

Hidden Orbit LLC does not verify, screen, endorse, approve, guarantee, or take responsibility for users, identities, content, links, offers, events, listings, opportunities, payments, meetings, or transactions. You interact with users and rely on room content entirely at your own risk.

4. Prohibited conduct

You may not use Faceless Talk to:

  • create, possess, solicit, transmit, or promote child sexual abuse material, child exploitation, grooming, or sexual content involving minors;
  • harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, shame, bully, exploit, extort, dox, defame, or target another person;
  • post hate speech, slurs, non-consensual intimate imagery, violent threats, or content that promotes human exploitation;
  • post scams, fraud, deceptive offers, fake listings, fake events, unlawful financial offers, illegal gambling, counterfeit goods, or illicit drugs;
  • post malware, phishing links, credential requests, denial-of-service tools, automated spam, or code intended to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access;
  • post private or sensitive information about yourself or others, including addresses, phone numbers, emails, financial information, identification documents, passwords, health information, or confidential records;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent identity, authority, affiliation, ownership, verification, availability, safety, or intent;
  • infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights;
  • use room information to identify, contact, expose, shame, track, pressure, manipulate, exploit, or harm another person;
  • bypass filters, upload limits, expiration rules, moderation tools, security controls, access restrictions, or the administrator-only test room;
  • scrape, crawl, archive, reverse-engineer, overload, automate, interfere with, or disrupt the service.

5. Respect and use of room information

You agree to use Faceless Talk respectfully and lawfully. You may not use anything you read, view, or receive in a room to identify, expose, shame, track, pressure, manipulate, exploit, contact, or harm another person. You may not repost or distribute room content in a harmful, deceptive, unauthorized, or unlawful manner.

6. Temporary rooms and no confidentiality

Rooms are designed to expire approximately five days after creation, or sooner if removed or restricted. Expiration does not guarantee immediate erasure from every backup, log, report, or legal-preservation system.

Room content is encrypted before storage, but do not treat any room as confidential, fully private, secure against participants, or fully anonymous. Anyone with the phrase and PIN may be able to enter. Anyone with the room phrase and PIN may be able to decrypt and enter the room. Participants may copy, screenshot, record, save, repeat, publish, or share what they see. Hidden Orbit LLC is not responsible for how participants use information obtained in a room.

7. User content and license

You retain any rights you own in content you submit. You grant Hidden Orbit LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, cache, display, reproduce technically, moderate, preserve, and delete that content solely as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, enforce, improve, and defend the service.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to submit your content and that it does not violate law or another person’s rights.

8. Encryption, moderation, and termination

Normal unreported room content is encrypted and is not ordinarily readable to us. We do not promise to monitor or detect every conversation. Prohibited or unlawful conduct remains prohibited even when all participants appear to agree to it.

We may use client-side filters, rate limits, technical restrictions, room-scoped blocking, aggregate non-content safety signals, and participant reports. Multiple independent blocks or other abuse indicators may automatically restrict a participant or flag activity without revealing ordinary message content. When a participant intentionally reports a message, the participant authorizes the app to send only that selected message in readable form, together with a category and limited technical context, for moderation, preservation, disclosure, blocking, hiding, room closure, or removal. The readable copy is supplied by the reporter and is not guaranteed to be a cryptographically verified transcript. Other room content remains encrypted unless separately reported.

We may restrict room creation, remove or hide reported content, suspend a room-scoped participant, disable rooms, block an IP address, session, or device where legally and technically appropriate, preserve necessary records, or terminate access without prior notice when we reasonably believe there is a violation, safety threat, legal risk, abuse, coordinated misuse, or threat to the service.

9. Intellectual property

The Faceless Talk software, design, branding, logos, domain names, interfaces, and original service content are owned by or licensed to Hidden Orbit LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, or create derivative works from them.

10. Copyright and DMCA notices

A copyright owner or authorized agent who believes material on Faceless Talk infringes copyright may send a notice to info@facelesstalk.com. The notice should include: a signature; identification of the copyrighted work; identification and location of the allegedly infringing material, including any available room URL or technical identifier; contact information; a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized; and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and the sender is authorized to act.

We may remove or restrict material and may terminate repeat infringers when appropriate. A formal DMCA agent registration may be required for full statutory safe-harbor treatment.

11. Third-party links and services

Some room types may allow links to external websites. We do not control or endorse third-party websites, products, services, privacy practices, security, or content. Opening or using an external link is at your own risk.

12. No emergency use

Faceless Talk is not an emergency service. Do not use it to report urgent threats, crimes, medical emergencies, or immediate safety concerns. Contact appropriate emergency services directly.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, security, availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that rooms will remain available or that the service will be free from data loss, misconduct, harmful content, or security incidents.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hidden Orbit LLC, its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, use, opportunity, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to the service, user content, user conduct, external links, off-platform activity, meetings, offers, transactions, or inability to use the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of Hidden Orbit LLC for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid to Hidden Orbit LLC for the service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hidden Orbit LLC, its members, managers, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, demands, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your content, misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person’s rights.

16. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms and disputes relating to Faceless Talk are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Informal resolution first: Before starting arbitration, either party must send written notice describing the dispute and requested relief to info@facelesstalk.com and allow 30 days for a good-faith attempt to resolve it.

Individual arbitration: Except for eligible small-claims matters or requests for injunctive relief concerning intellectual property, unauthorized access, or misuse of the service, unresolved disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable consumer or commercial rules. Arbitration may occur remotely unless the arbitrator requires otherwise.

Class-action waiver: You and Hidden Orbit LLC agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff, class member, or representative in a class, consolidated, collective, or representative action, to the extent permitted by law.

17. Section 230 and platform status

To the extent applicable, Faceless Talk is an interactive computer service that hosts information provided by users. Nothing in these Terms waives protections available under 47 U.S.C. § 230 or similar law. Those protections vary by claim and jurisdiction and are not a guarantee against every form of liability.

18. Changes, severability, and entire agreement

We may update these Terms. The effective date identifies the current version. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Rules form the entire agreement regarding the service.
