Joining a room
Enter the exact room name, secret phrase, and 4-to-6-digit PIN shared by the room creator. All three must match.

A room is missing or expired
Rooms are temporary and expire automatically after five days. Once expired or closed by the creator, they cannot be reopened.
Photos will not attach
Choose a supported room, allow photo access when prompted, and select one image at a time. Each participant may share up to five images, with a maximum of 100 images per room.
Reporting a message
Tap Report beneath the message, choose a reason, and confirm. Only the selected message and limited room details are shared in readable form for safety review.
Blocking a participant
Tap the three-dot menu beneath a participant’s message, choose Block participant, and confirm. Their messages will be hidden from you in that room.
Closing a room
Only the device session that created the room can close it. Clearing app or browser data can remove that creator control.
